Mark your calendars for the April meeting of MWAB, co-sponsored by the CityLit Project and the Write Here, Write Now workshops! It will be on Monday, April 28, at 7:00, and by popular demand it will once again be at Clayton Fine Books & Cyber Cafe, 317 N. Charles Street, in downtown Baltimore (where we had our February meeting). Their phone number is (410) 752-6800.
Continuing with the theme of marketing for writers, our guest speaker will be Angela Render, talking about Web Marketing for Writers. Angela is co-leader of the Columbia Fiction Critique Group, a professional web designer, and a frequent guest instructor at the Writers' Center in Bethesda where she teaches about successful marketing techniques.
The owner of Clayton Fine Books has graciously offered to extend the store hours to accommodate our meeting, and will even be providing food and drinks (those of you who attended in February will fondly recall the cookies and fudge). In exchange, they have asked that each person please consider contributing $5. It's a bargain, folks!

Baltimore, MD - Angela Render will be the guest speaker at Maryland Writers' Association, Baltimore Chapter's April 28th meeting. At a location to be determined, she will speak on marketing strategies for authors.
